The fund
Our systematic fund.
The fund is where our approach is proven over time. It is currently in incubation, building a live and independently recorded track record on the firm's own capital, and it is intended to open to a limited number of founding investors before broadening, in time, into a multi-manager platform. Wyksight governs it throughout.
What the fund is
A systematic fund that seeks the returns this environment tends to reward: real returns, returns uncorrelated with the market, income, and return earned through systematic selection, held within a single portfolio. It does not track an index. It allocates according to a forward assessment of conviction and conditions, and it is intended to sit alongside the passive holdings most portfolios already contain, rather than to repeat them.
In incubation
The strategy is live and running on the firm's own capital, with a meaningful amount of principal committed alongside it. This is the period in which a systematic strategy earns a record that can be verified independently, rather than shown as a simulation. We are open about the stage, since any investor will examine it closely. What exists today is a defined strategy, a live record being built, and a risk framework already in place. What follows is the record itself, quarter by quarter.
Opening to founding investors
As the record develops, the fund will open to a limited number of founding investors, on terms that reflect their early commitment and the fund's capacity. Founding investors have the earliest access to the strategy and the closest contact with the team as it establishes itself. Capacity at each stage is kept deliberately modest; we would rather grow the strategy carefully than raise capital indiscriminately.
Towards a multi-manager platform
As assets and the team grow, the single portfolio broadens into a multi-manager platform. Each strategy becomes an independent sleeve, with its own book and its own record, and Wyksight allocates capital between them as it allocates within the fund today. The discipline does not change; it is applied more widely.
For prospective investors
Strategy documentation, risk disclosures and reporting are available to qualified institutional and professional investors under a non-disclosure agreement. We are glad to record the interest of prospective founding investors ahead of the opening.
