About Wykco.
Wykco is a small firm by intention. We hold a clear view of where markets are heading, we express it systematically, and we govern every strategy through the same risk framework. How the firm is built matters as much as what it believes, and we set it out plainly here.
Our view
The conditions that made conventional investing straightforward for a generation are, in our view, changing. We build for the environment we think is coming, seeking real returns and returns that do not depend on the market rising, rather than continuing to rely on the conditions that are fading. It is a view held with conviction and expressed with humility: we prepare for the environment, and we do not claim to know its timing.
How the firm is built to grow
The firm develops in an orderly way. The fund is being proven on the firm's own capital before it opens to a limited number of founding investors, and the record it builds will, in time, open the way to a multi-manager platform of independent strategies. We would rather scale in step with a proven record than raise capital ahead of one, and we grow the discipline carefully rather than quickly.
Governance
Discipline here is structural rather than aspirational. Client assets are held by independent custodians and administrators, and never by us. Risk is governed by Wyksight and supported by independent validation: walk-forward testing, comparison of live and simulated results, limits on capacity, and defined risk stops. Because the strategy is systematic and documented, the firm does not depend on the memory or availability of any one person; the process itself is the asset.
Where we are
Wykco is based in Miami, Florida. Wykco Capital Management LLC operates as an exempt reporting adviser. Wykco Capital LP is the series limited partnership for the fund platform, and Wykco Holdings LLC is the series limited liability company for the general partners.
