Partners
The institutions we work with.
For a firm at our stage, the institutions behind the fund are part of what an investor is assessing, and we are open about them. They hold the assets, administer the fund and audit its accounts. We name each as the relationship is confirmed.
Why it matters
Independent administration and audit are what make a track record credible; segregated custody is what keeps client assets safe and separate from the firm. A manager at our stage cannot ask investors to take these on trust, so we have built around established institutions and are candid about which relationships are in place and which are being finalised.
The counterparties
Named as each engagement is confirmed.
Custody
Segregated custody of the fund's assets, held independently of the firm.
Fund administration
Independent valuation, books and records, and investor servicing for the fund.
Audit
Independent audit of the fund.
Legal and regulatory counsel
Structuring, documentation and regulatory guidance across the jurisdictions in which we operate.
Data and technology
The market data and infrastructure that support our research and our oversight of risk.
Named counterparties and marks are added here as each engagement is confirmed.
For prospective partners
We are building these relationships with care, and are glad to hear from administrators, custodians, distributors and introducers who wish to work with a disciplined systematic manager.
