The Role
We are looking for a Research Analyst to join our Technology Team. Based in South Africa, this individual will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and managing data for our proprietary platforms, ensuring our systems are robust, insightful, and cutting-edge. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to continuously enhance the Wyksight Platform and the Wykco Database, driving measurable impact across our operations.
Responsibilities
Research and collect high-quality data from diverse sources to populate and maintain the Wykco Database.
Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the Wyksight Platform, contributing to its growth and optimization.
Analyze trends, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve our platforms.
Support cross-functional teams with data-driven solutions for strategic decision-making.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across all systems.
Adapt to a remote-first hybrid model, working both independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in research, data analysis, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Experience with data collection methods, database management, or analytical tools.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, hybrid environment.
Based in South Africa, with the flexibility to attend in-person meetings occasionally.
