We are looking for a proactive and organized Associate to join our Program Team in the UAE, supporting and managing key aspects of these initiatives.

The Role

As an Associate on the Program Team, you will manage specific elements of Wykco’s programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage program deliverables, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.

  • Act as a liaison between corporate partners, startups, and internal teams to align goals and activities.

  • Oversee workshops, events, and meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed.

  • Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

  • Collaborate with the Venture Team to integrate program activities with investment strategies.

  • Prepare detailed updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct research and analysis to support program development and expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in program management, project coordination, or a related field.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Excel).

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.

  • Comfortable working in a remote-first hybrid environment, with flexibility to attend in-person meetings and events as needed.

  • Based in the UAE.
