We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Associate to join our Corporate Development Team in the UAE, driving business development and forging strategic partnerships in the Middle East.
The Role
As an Associate on the Corporate Development Team, you will play a key role in expanding Wykco’s presence in the Middle East. Your primary focus will be identifying and closing partnerships with corporate partners, working closely with local Program and Venture teams to implement innovation programs. This position requires exceptional relationship-building skills, business acumen, and a passion for driving meaningful change.
Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and secure new corporate partners in the Middle East to support Wykco’s innovation programs and growth.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to potential partners’ strategic goals.
Collaborate with local Program and Venture teams to align corporate partnerships with regional innovation initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and mutual success.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for partnerships and new business development.
Represent Wykco at regional networking events, conferences, and industry forums to build awareness and establish connections.
Track and manage the business development pipeline, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and outcomes.
Support the implementation of innovation programs, ensuring smooth collaboration between corporate partners and internal teams.
Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years in business development, corporate partnerships, or a related role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Strong networking skills and experience building relationships with corporate stakeholders in the Middle East.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align partnerships with organizational goals.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a remote-first hybrid environment, with flexibility to attend in-person meetings and events as needed.
Based in the UAE.
