We are seeking a driven Associate to join our Capital Formation Team in the UAE, supporting our regional and global efforts to raise capital and expand our network.

The Role

As an Associate on the Capital Formation Team, you will play a critical role in Wykco’s regional operations, supporting local venture and program teams while leveraging your network within the Middle East to identify and engage potential investors. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support regional capital formation efforts by identifying and engaging with potential investors in the Middle East, including HNWIs, family offices, and institutions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and communication on opportunities and progress.

  • Assist in preparing investor-facing materials, including presentations, pitch decks, and reports.

  • Collaborate with local venture and program teams to align capital formation efforts with regional operations and goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for investment and partnership.

  • Manage and update databases of investor leads and interactions.

  • Represent Wykco at regional networking events, conferences, and industry forums to build awareness and strengthen connections.

  • Ensure all activities adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines, focusing on reverse solicitation processes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in capital formation, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Strong network within the Middle East, particularly with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high level of professionalism.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in fundraising (experience with reverse solicitation processes is a plus).

  • Comfortable working in a remote-first hybrid environment, with flexibility to attend in-person meetings and events as needed.

  • Based in the UAE.
