We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join our Program Team in the UAE, supporting these critical initiatives.

The Role

As an Analyst on the Program Team, you will play an essential role in executing Wykco’s local programs. Your responsibilities include data collection, analysis, and coordination to ensure program goals are met. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, and has a passion for supporting innovation and ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and present data on program performance and local ecosystem dynamics.

  • Coordinate program logistics, including event planning, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and program updates for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support team members in tracking program progress and meeting key deliverables.

  • Collaborate with the Venture Team to align program activities with investment goals.

  • Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for program growth and improvement.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all program-related activities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in program coordination, research, or a related field.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace, Tableau).

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Comfortable working in a remote-first hybrid environment, with flexibility to attend in-person meetings and events as needed.

  • Based in the UAE.
